- Remove ToolChain, ResourceChain, PromptChain classes - Remove Collection/Identifier/Metadata interfaces (only used by old Chains) - Remove ToolCollectionInterface (unused) - Delete obsolete examples 09-standalone-cli and 10-simple-http-transport - Fix STDERR handling in bootstrap.php for web environments - Clean up CHANGELOG.md

This PR removes dead code from the old Chain architecture that was part of the merged libraries, along with obsolete examples.
What was removed:

The codebase now uses the new Registry architecture with
ReferenceProviderInterface,ReferenceRegistryInterface, andReferenceHandlerInterface. The old Chain classes and their supporting interfaces are no longer used anywhere in the codebase.What changed:
